Products (Custom & Standard Formulations)
All Maryvelle skincare, haircare, and ingestible products are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product once it has been purchased.
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept product exchanges or returns due to hygiene, quality preservation, and personalization protocols.
- If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos for review. Replacement decisions are at the discretion of Maryvelle quality control.
Digital Diagnosis Services
Our Digital Diagnosis Ritual is a time-intensive, expert-reviewed service based on your submitted data and photos. Upon purchase:
- This service is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to complete the full form or submit images.
- Once our review process begins, your payment is fully committed to the evaluation and creation of your bespoke ritual plan.
- If you require adjustments or follow-up guidance, we offer paid upgrade options or add-on consultations to enhance your journey.
Concierge Therapy Services
Maryvelle Concierge Therapies are private, ultra-luxury services involving practitioner coordination, product preparation, and personalized logistics.
- A 70% deposit is required to confirm any concierge therapy session. This deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining 30% is payable either prior to the appointment or in person during the session.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the full session value.
- In the rare case that a Maryvelle practitioner must cancel, your session will be rescheduled or refunded in full, based on your preference.

- Maryvelle is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure.
